As previously rumored, EXO M’s Kris (Wu Yi Fan) has filed a lawsuit against his agency, SM Entertainment. It’s been confirmed that Kris indeed requested an early termination of his contract with the company and many were shocked to hear the news.
SM Entertainment have stated through a report by TV Daily saying, “We were taken aback by the sudden news but we are working hard to get the truth of this story. We will try out best to continue EXO’s upcoming promotions and activities.”
In 2007, Kris entered the company as a trainee through SM’s Global Audition in China and has debuted in the 12 member group EXO as the leader of EXO M.
The members of EXO are seen posting their concerns and feelings through Instagram and other social media sites.
