Xohee Treasures: Han So Hee Brings Warmth and Whimsy to Los Angeles

On Saturday, August 30th, 2025, Korean actress Han So Hee brought warmth, laughter, and heartfelt moments to Los Angeles at her fanmeeting “Xohee Loved Ones, You Are Sparkling Treasures to Me.” Held at The Wilshire Ebell Theatre, the evening was filled with special segments that reflected her journey as an actress, her connection with fans, and her charming, candid personality.

Reliving Iconic Drama Moments

The event began with So Hee reflecting on her most memorable drama roles. Fans voted on their favorite scenes, with My Name, Nevertheless, and Gyeongseong Creature making the top three. With her trademark humor, she noted that many of her most impactful moments on screen involved her dying or being killed—a running theme she couldn’t help but laugh about along with the audience.

The “Xohee Awards”

One of the evening’s highlights was the quirky “Xohee Awards,” where fans and So Hee picked winners in different categories.

  • Character most attached to: Fans chose Yoon Ji-woo from My Name, a role So Hee admitted was close to her heart because of Ji-woo’s fearless strength. She guessed fans picked it because they love watching her fight.
  • Princess she’d like to play: Fans voted Elsa, but So Hee picked Ariel, saying she’d love to live underwater and have sea creatures as friends. She still praised Elsa’s strong fighting spirit.
  • Food in America: Both fans and So Hee landed on BCD tofu house in LA. She shared that while she loves hamburgers, she can’t eat flour—so she had BCD the night before and happily ate a lot.

A Surprise Short Film

In a touching gesture, So Hee surprised the audience with a self-funded short film created exclusively for the fanmeeting. She explained that the film symbolized her journey to and from her fans, and her desire to express gratitude. Purple and yellow flowers represented her heart, while a mannequin symbolized fans always being by her side. The thoughtful film left many touched by her creativity and sincerity.

Dance Performances and Playful Banter

The mood shifted as So Hee took the stage with energetic dance covers of Jennie’s “Seoul City” and aespa’s “Whiplash.” After finishing, she shyly admitted, “First, I’m sorry,” prompting fans to shout “It’s okay!” She teasingly responded, “Don’t lie to me,” before confessing that although she practiced hard, nerves got the best of her. Her honesty only made the audience cheer louder in support.

Fun Games With Fans

The second half of the fanmeeting was all about interaction:

  • Yes or No Game: Fans stood and answered questions about So Hee—like whether she enjoys winter, carries a comfort doll, or stretches before bed—sitting down once they got one wrong. The last fan standing walked away with a prize.
  • Pictionary: Fans split into three teams to play alongside So Hee. Team C edged out the others by a single point and received a gift directly prepared by her.
  • Must-Do List: Fans submitted sticky notes with wishes and requests. Some were lighthearted—like asking So Hee to attend a wedding happening in two weeks—while others were heartfelt messages wishing her happiness and health. One fan suggested she try LA’s K-BBQ, prompting another fan to yell “my house!”—a response that made the MC jokingly ban any more audience suggestions.

Xohee smiled at the overwhelming number of notes urging her to take care of herself. She playfully asked if she must always look sad since fans constantly reminded her to “be happy.”

Xohee Touching Finale

The evening ended with group photos and a surprise fan-made video filled with loving messages. So Hee’s eyes lit up with gratitude as she thanked her supporters for being her source of strength.

The Los Angeles fanmeeting was a heartfelt exchange between Han So Hee and her fans, filled with humor, honesty, and tender moments. From revisiting her most powerful roles to laughing over silly games, So Hee proved why she remains one of Korea’s most beloved actresses: she is as real and radiant off-screen as she is on it.
