Baekhyun Brings Reverie Dot to Life in Las Vegas for an Emotional Encore Finale

Baekhyun’s first-ever solo performance in Las Vegas on January 17th, 2026, felt less like a tour stop and more like a carefully chosen final chapter. As the last stop of his Reverie Dot encore run, the night at Dolby Theatre unfolded with intention. It had the kind of intimacy only Baekhyun of EXO can command—even in a room packed with thousands of fans.

A Cinematic Opening and Vocal High Stakes

The show opened with a cinematic VCR of Baekhyun wandering through an abandoned-looking building, setting a lonely, introspective tone before he appeared onstage with “All I Got.” It was a bold choice—one he later admitted was vocally demanding—but one fans had long hoped for. Starting the night with such a vocally intense track immediately established the stakes: this was Baekhyun in his purest form.

He flowed seamlessly into “UN Village,” changing the mic stand mid song to a full dance for a dramatic shift. It kept on going with “Cry For Love,” performed with a chair choreography that amplified the song’s aching tension. The early section wrapped with “Pineapple Slice,” balancing emotional weight with groove.

During his first chat, Baekhyun warmly welcomed the crowd, reflecting on how busy 2025 had been for him and emphasizing that Las Vegas marked the final stop of the encore. He explained that Reverie was about showing the kind of artist he truly is—repeating a phrase that would echo throughout the night:

“This is Baekhyun.”

The set continued with “Underwater” and a standout performance of “Bambi,” where Baekhyun surprised fans by donning a cowboy hat. As the song ended, he disappeared through a glowing purple door—ushering in another VCR where he stood between two identical doors, hesitating over which path to take.

Warmth, Playfulness, and Fan Singalongs

From there, the concert leaned into warmth and charm with “Chocolate,” “Rendez-Vous,” and “Good Morning,” the latter turning into a full audience singalong. Baekhyun paused to praise the Dolby Theatre’s acoustics, joking that it sounded so good because the fans themselves were such great singers.

Emotion returned to the forefront with “Love Again” and “Bungee,” before Baekhyun surprised fans by performing Japanese tracks “Drown” and “Ringa Ringa Ring.”

In a heartfelt MENT, Baekhyun shared that although the encore portion of the tour was originally meant to end earlier, Las Vegas wasn’t part of the initial run—so he made sure to include it. With over 40 stops behind him, he credited fans for helping him make it through every performance.

One of the night’s most touching moments came when Baekhyun noticed his translator struggling with nerves. Instead of brushing past it, he checked in with her, reassured her, and joked that since she seemed more nervous than he was, it might be better to move on—and that he’d study more English for next time. The sincerity earned a loud, affectionate response from the crowd.

Dreams, Duality, and Deep Emotion

The next section dug deep emotionally with “Cold Heart” and “Psycho,” followed by a dreamlike VCR set in an elevator. Two versions of Baekhyun—one casual, one idol-like—awkwardly faced each other until one revealed it was all a dream. The elevator dropped suddenly, opening into a bedroom where Baekhyun returned to sleep.

That dream spilled into reality with “Magic on the Floor,” his newest, soon-to-be-released song, before shifting gears into fan favorites “Betcha” and “Candy.”

Baekhyun had the audience mimic his ending pose multiple times, laughing as he asked if everyone was hot from singing along so loudly. He teased fans about how Candy used to be the final song on tour—earning the usual boos—and joked that at K-pop concerts, “last song” never really means last.

The encore officially began with “Elevator,” complete with paw-print confetti, a detail Baekhyun proudly shared he personally chose. As fans waited, they sang “Late Night Calls” together using on-screen lyrics, filling the venue with a soft, communal hum.

Light Sticks, Trust, and Pure Connection

He returned for Reverie Dot with “Paranoia” and “Garden in the Air,” the latter becoming one of the night’s most magical moments as fans flawlessly followed his light stick choreography. Baekhyun stood back to take in the view, calling it spectacular and thanking fans for always participating so well. He promised to return to Las Vegas as often as possible—and told fans to keep the paw-print confetti safe as a memory.

After “No Problem,” Baekhyun declared the vibe unbeatable before launching into “Paranoia” one more time, clearly having too much fun to stop.

A Goodbye in Las Vegas

As the night wound down, Baekhyun briefly lost his voice while speaking, laughing when the translator jokingly mimicked him—prompting him to say she’d have to pay him back for that. He thanked her sincerely and expressed how happy he felt that the show had been successful.

Thanking fans for giving him their valuable time, Baekhyun said he’d had a “happy, happy day.” Introducing his dance team, he took photos with fans and closed the night with “Amusement Park,” a gentle, fitting farewell.

Baekhyun’s Las Vegas debut wasn’t just another stop—it was a celebration of trust between artist and fans. Through humor, empathy, and emotional honesty, he proved once again why he proudly repeats it: this is Baekhyun.
