Seventeen Shines Bright in Los Angeles: A Night of Heart and Humor

The energy at BMO Stadium was electric long before Seventeen even hit the stage on October 16th, 2025 in LA. As the lights dimmed and the opening notes of “Bad Influence” echoed through the massive venue, the crowd’s roar became deafening. The beloved thirteen-member group—currently performing with fewer members due to military enlistments—proved once again why they are one of the most dynamic live acts in K-pop today.

A Dazzling Start: Power, Passion, and Playfulness

Their opening trio—“Bad Influence,” “HBD,” and “Thunder”—set an explosive tone, punctuated by synchronized choreography, live band accompaniment, and dazzling visuals. During their first talk segment, the members greeted fans with genuine excitement. DK, ever the entertainer, hyped up the audience with a cheerful “Let’s go Dodgers!” while Joshua, proudly representing his hometown, shared that he had been showing the members around Los Angeles.

“A lot has changed,” Joshua said, “except for you.”

The group also revealed new matching rings, commemorating this tour with a special new cheer that quickly caught on among the crowd.

Intimate Moments and Artistic Solos

Moving seamlessly into “Domino,” the members took to the extended stage, bringing their energy closer to fans across the stadium. A standout moment came when Joshua, Jun, The8, and Vernon performed “Network Love,” showcasing their unique chemistry and smooth vocals. A cinematic VCR break soon followed—Seventeen’s signature way of blending music and storytelling—ushering in a series of unforgettable solo stages.

Dino opened the segment with “Trigger,” his charisma commanding every inch of the stage. He then faced off against Jun in a dynamic dance transition that symbolized a shift from dark to light, leading into Jun’s ethereal “Gemini.” After a sudden blackout, Vernon reemerged under a spotlight, wielding an electric guitar and performing “Shining Star” with raw, magnetic intensity.

Each solo performance revealed not just skill, but identity—Seventeen at their most personal and expressive.

Live Band Power and Heartfelt Connections

The live band’s return brought another surge of energy as Seventeen tore through “SOS,” “F*ck My Life,” and “LOVE, MONEY, FAME.” Midway through, the members paused to interact with the audience—who sang “SOS” so beautifully that Seventeen joined in, letting the fans take center stage.

In true LA fashion, they then performed “God of Music,” joking about giving BMO Stadium its very own anthem for the night. The ment became a warm, candid conversation about the fans, the solo stages, and their evolving artistry. They closed the segment with a breathtaking “Darl+ing,” as heart-shaped confetti rained over the crowd.

Emotions Run Deep: The Vocal and Performance Unit Moments

A series of heartfelt solo stages followed, showing Seventeen’s musical range and vulnerability. Joshua’s “Fortunate Change” glowed with warmth and nostalgia, DK’s “Happy Virus” spread pure joy, and Seungkwan’s “Raindrops” brought the audience to tears with its raw, piano-driven emotion.

The tone shifted once again with The8’s “Skyfall,” a cinematic masterpiece blending contemporary dance and dramatic visuals. Mingyu ignited the stage with “Shake It Off,” his charisma impossible to ignore, before S.Coups appeared via pre-recorded visuals during “Jungle,” reminding fans that even in his absence, his spirit remains a vital part of Seventeen’s heartbeat.

The Heat Turns Up

Returning as a full unit, the group stormed through “HOT,” “Highlight,” and “HIT.” The energy was relentless—so much so that Mingyu lost his breath while trying to speak, leading to a hilarious group moment. Dino jokingly sang, “I don’t understand you but I love you,” as the others teased Mingyu for needing a break.

“Should we do an eight-hour concert?” the members joked. “Let’s wait for the rest of the members first!”

Fans holding photos of the members currently serving in the military were spotlighted, creating a touching blend of laughter and love. The next song, “Rock With You,” became a powerful tribute to that unbreakable bond.

Encore: Homecoming and Heart

An adorable encore VCR featuring Bongbongie DJ-ing Seventeen hits had fans singing at the top of their lungs before the members returned to the stage. The atmosphere was euphoric as Seventeen performed “A-TEEN,” “9-TEEN,” and “20,” hopping onto moving carts to greet fans across the stadium.

During the final talk, the members shared emotional farewells and hopes for the future.

“I’m happy my hometown went crazy tonight,” Joshua said. “I’m proud to represent LA.”

Seungkwan, speaking tenderly in English, told fans they were the reason he continues to sing, while DK and Vernon proudly sported LA Dodgers hats and jerseys, solidifying the group’s connection with the city.

A Legendary Finish

No Seventeen concert would be complete without multiple encores—and LA got the ultimate treatment. They delivered a whirlwind of tracks including “Eyes on You,” “Energy,” the playful “Left & Right” clip (done twice so Jun could show off his hat’s ears), “Pretty Woman” by the CxM subunit, “Fighting” from BSS (with Dino’s hilarious dialect part), “What’s Good,” “Headliner,” “Our Dawn is Hotter Than Day,” and the show-stopping “VERY NICE,” performed four times—with two rounds led by the fans themselves.

Dino playfully pretended to DJ during “Eyes on You,” ending the night in pure chaos and joy. Under glittering lights and confetti, fans and members alike were smiling, laughing, and dancing until the very end.

From humor and heart to unmatched showmanship, Seventeen’s LA concert wasn’t just a performance—it was a reunion, a celebration, and a promise of even brighter days ahead.
